True sustainability

I would like the Houses of Parliament to be demolished and replaced by a park designed to maximise wildlife and make the most of riverside location. I would like to retain the tower housing Big Ben but have it converted into nesting and roosting space for birds and bats, as well as for the nostalgic to photograph. I would like Parliament to relocate to a central location in the UK, in a fully self-powered building ('active' building).
