Think Hybrid not Bricks and Stones

Think more about using technology so that not everyone has to be in the building at the same time to vote or interact hence greener in terms of working population of HoP travelling to and from the building , and then use more of the historic infrastructure for other revenue raising efforts (education, events, tourism, tours, business events, ted talks etc) and for charity/taxpayers projects returning to the taxpayer.

Be daring to showcase British innovation as an advertisement to the world of how innovative we can be. Solar panels, bee hives, green roof, are all already existing means - aim for something bigger and bolder.
