It is great to see that you are looking to involve young people in the restoration of parliament. I think it would help to reach them via the appropriate channels. Young people won't necessarily check the Restoration and Renewal website for job ads - it might be interesting to reach out to schools and/or universities to present the project and help them understand why their work would be valued. The restoration of parliament can be so inspiring if it is shared in the right way.

I agree, and this is a great opportunity to offer apprenticeships, working on such a high profile project that would provide such a valuable experience for future endeavours.
