Ideas wanted: making the Houses of Parliament more welcoming

Before the pandemic, over one million people visited Parliament every year including schoolchildren, constituents, businesses, charities and tourists. As well as visitors, the building is the workplace for 650 MPs, over 800 members of the House of Lords, and thousands of supporting staff.

With so many different types of people visiting and using the building, how can we make it more welcoming to everyone who visits or works there?
